    Ingrid graduated with an accounting degree from Justo Rufino Barrios College in Guatemala, working in her home country for 2 years and later returning to the United States to continue her business career.

    She worked 8 years in the travel industry and 19 years with Hunter Douglas Corporation in accounting management positions. She became part of the Hunter Douglas Business Development Group in 2008 and for 4 years held supervisory marketing and administrative positions, designing creative collateral materials and complex accounting documents for use by staff and participants attending national and international meetings, seminars and webinars, as well as producing professional video clips and slideshows for use and presentation by designers and small business owners.

    Leslie Meier has over 20 years of experience in the window fashions industry. Beginning her career as an  interior designer with a nationally known corporation, she keenly understands the challenges, as well as the enjoyment of face-to-face retail selling and presentation. 

    Transferring her creative skills to the wholesale side of the industry, Leslie spent 16 years with Hunter Douglas Corporation as a District Sales Manager, assisting small business owners with product education, business building solutions and designing over 225 dealer websites. Recognized for her imaginative and artistic skills, she was later promoted to the position of Media Marketing Manager for Northern California.
