Darrell Weddington is a Highly accomplished Director of Sales, Division Manager, Executive Strategist, Regional Manager and General Manager with 20+ years of success managing early start-ups, underperforming and multi-state direct, distributor, OEM, and retail sales organizations.
He is a Sales Executive experienced in managing national, regional and distributor sales organizations generating as much as $200M in annual revenues. He has been successful in developing and executing strategic plans to meet the needs of a rapidly changing consumer marketplace, developing new business against tough market competition, and grow year-over-year sales as much as 43%.
Darrell has directed large and small--scale business operations; created enterprise-wide solutions to drive sales, revenue, and profit growth; and produced excellence across all business segments for government-funded organizations, private businesses, and corporate subsidiaries.
He has been a Key internal Consultant for 1000’s of organizations trusted to provide business analysis, strategic advice, and recommendations to improve operational success across entire operations.
He is a disciplined budget administrator experienced in administering budgets and successfully executing programs to enhance the value of each organization, reduce operating expense, control expenditures, and retain fiscal responsibility.
He has been responsible for delivering numerous solutions to promote customer value, make it easier to do business with customers, and improving services across diverse sales, marketing, distribution, warehouse, and customer care areas. Darrell is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with B.B.A.’s in Management and Marketing. He earned a football scholarship to the University of Oklahoma and was a member of two conference championship teams and 3 bowl championship teams. He is an award winning performer having won awards for Sales Growth, Profitability, Operational Efficiency, and Customer Satisfaction, as well as the Highest Achievement Award from Dale Carnegie, 6 Superior Accomplishment Awards, 10 Excellence Awards, and 5 Proficiency awards.
